Stoke travel to Swansea in the Monday night game, hoping to build on their victory over Aston Villa and climb the table.

A poor start to the season is rather unexpected of a Potters side that managed to persuade Champions League winners Xherdan Shaqiri and Ibrahim Afellay to join in the summer.

The opposite can be said for Swansea, who started the season in great fashion. Beating Manchester United and drawing at Stamford Bridge were two highlights, but their season has gone downhill lately, without a win in four.

Both sides will be desperate for victory, in what is expected to be a fairly close contest.

Swansea’s main man this season has been new signing Andre Ayew, who has taken no time at all to settle, netting four goals.

On the other hand, Stoke have turned to Austrian Marko Arnautovic, who scored the winner in their victory over Aston Villa.

Here’s how the two compare ahead of the game…
