Moussa Dembele has become one of the most sought after players on the planet as clubs all over Europe have been linked with the Celtic striker.

But, the player’s agent has given Hoops fans a boost by claiming the youngster is happy to stay at Parkhead, according to reports by Sky Sports.

Former Fulham striker Dembele has been a revelation at Celtic this season, bagging 27 goals, including five in the Champions League, during a campaign which has seen Brendan Rodgers side storm to a 27-point lead in the Scottish Premiership.

Dembele’s agent Mamadi Fofana said, “Moussa doesn’t stress.

“He signed a four-year deal at Celtic and in his head he’ll be at the club for those four years.”

Fofana didn’t close the door on the possibility of Dembele moving though, admitting, “If Celtic want to sell Moussa it will be a common decision which is taken between everyone.

“But at the moment I can be no clearer in saying there is no discussion between me and Celtic about Moussa leaving in the summer or even next January.”

Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are among the clubs reported to be interested in Dembele, with a fee of around £40m being touted as what it would take to get Celtic to part with the 20-year-old.

If Rodgers does decide to sell Dembele for £40m, it would represent a huge profit on a player that cost around £500,000 last summer.
