Career in pictures – Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler

Liverpool debut (September 1993)

Fowler came up through the youth ranks at Anfield, and made his senior debut for the club back in September 1993, netting in their 3-1 victory over Fulham in the League Cup.

He went on to net 12 goals in 28 Premiership games in his first season at Liverpool, and with six goals in five League Cup matches, he made quite the impression in his early days at Anfield.

Here, Fowler can be seen netting one of his five goals in the second leg victory over Fulham, a match they won 8-1 on aggregate, only to lose to Wimbledon in the fourth round.
