Chelsea will lift the Premier League trophy on Sunday following the conclusion of their final day clash against relegated Sunderland.

Antonio Conte’s men secured a fifth title in 12 years with a narrow 1-0 win over West Brom a week ago, and backed that up with a 4-3 success over Watford on Monday night to inch closer to breaking another Premier League record.

Victory on Sunday would be the Blues’ 30th in the league this term, which would break the record set by the West London outfit in the 2004/05 and 2005/06 seasons under Jose Mourinho, where they won 29 times.

Yet attentions appear to already be turning to next term and their Champions League campaign and title defence, yet one man linked with a move away from the club in recent days is striker Tammy Abraham.

The 19-year-old enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell at Championship side Bristol City this season, bagging 23 goals in just 41 league games for the Robins, and this form appears to have attracted interest from Ronald Koeman’s Everton, who are reportedly hoping to use their interest in Abraham as part of any Chelsea deal for Toffees forward Romelu Lukaku.

And it’s a potential move which has stimulated quite the response from many Blues supporters on Twitter, with several hoping that their side do not part with the 19-year-old this summer…
