Forest line-up loan move for Arsenal starlet

Nottingham Forest are reportedly interested in taking Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi on loan.

The Premier League club are keen on letting the Nigeria-born starlet gain first-team football away from the Emirates Stadium this season, with Dougie Freedman’s side seemingly emerging as the frontrunners.

The 19-year-old, who is the nephew of former Bolton Wanderers favourite Jay-Jay Okocha, has scored 11 goals in 33 appearances for the Gunners’ Under-21 side.

Forest are currently 12^th in the Championship following Thursday night’s 1-1 draw against Huddersfield Town, averaging a goal a game.
