An in-form Peterborough United side visit lowly Fleetwood Town in League One on Tuesday night, one of just two fixtures in the third-tier of English football.

The Posh; who have won their last three league outings on the bounce against Doncaster Rovers, Coventry City and Crewe Alexandra, are stuck in mid-table obscurity after moving 13 points clear of the bottom four, but are still 12 points behind the play-off pace with only seven games remaining.

Peterborough have won their last three League One fixtures on the trot.

Meanwhile Fleetwood will be doubly determined to bag all three points on Tuesday night, with the Cod Army currently hovering just one point above the drop zone following their stalemate with Swindon Town at the weekend.

Talking of the Robins; Swindon travel to Oldham Athletic in the only other contest in League One tonight, with both outfits seeking a precious win to distance themselves from the relegation places.

However the hosts already have a healthy ten point lead over the bottom four; but for the Latics, they lie fourth bottom, despite defeating Chesterfield 1-0 in their last outing back in late March.
