Liverpool, Manchester United and Tottenham are all reportedly closely monitoring the development of League Two starlet Callum O’Dowda ahead of this summer’s transfer window, according to the Daily Star.

The Premier League trio, who all currently sit in the English top-flight’s nine positions following last weekend’s action, are interested in snapping up the highly-rated Oxford United winger following his impressive performances throughout this term.

The 20-year-old; who is a Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, has scored seven goals and provided seven assists in 45 appearances in all competitions for the Yellows so far this season, helping Michael Appleton’s side climb up to second spot in League Two with only eight games remaining.

O’Dowda, who was a January target for Championship outfits Birmingham City and Derby County, is also being tracked by Scottish Premiership champions Celtic as a potential replacement for fellow winger James Forrest.

The report suggests that the Oxford ace is rated at about £1m, with the U’s ready to sanction a sale this summer.
