Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is plotting a January move for Celtic sensation Moussa Dembele, according to reports from Glasgow Live.

The former Fulham striker, who arrived at Celtic Park over the summer, has been in scintillating for since his arrival, bagging 17 goals in 27 outings for Brendan Rodgers’ side.

His form has not just attracted interest from Merseyside, with Premier League rivals Arsenal and Man United both linked with a move, whilst the Scottish champions, keen to hold onto their man for as long as possible, are reportedly valuing him at a whopping £4om.

Whilst the Scots are rating him at £40m, it appears that the Reds boss is not willing to meet such a valuation, instead the Merseysiders will reportedly offer just £20m, with only half of that being paid upfront, the rest will come in add-ons and contract clauses.

The former Borussia Dortmund boss will be keen to add in January, in order to keep his side fighting on all fronts, with a Premier League title challenge, the EFL Cup semi-final against Southampton and the FA Cup still to consider.
