Scouts from Man Untied were present as Celtic further cemented their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership with a 4-0 win over Ross County.

According to reports from the Daily Mail, Old Trafford scouts were in the stands at the Global Energy Stadium to cast their eye over Brendan Rodgers’ summer signing, Moussa Dembele.

The 20-year-old, who arrived in Glasgow from Fulham for £500,000 during the summer window, came off the bench to net the final goal in injury time.

The Bhoys’ fourth goal on the night was the forward’s 15th in 21 outings so far this season, with his most notable performance being a brace in the 3-3 draw with Pep Guardiola’s Man City in the Champions League.

Wednesday night’s win takes the former Liverpool manager’s side seven points clear in the league, nine clear of rivals Rangers, with a game in hand over closest challengers, Aberdeen.

The Scottish champions will look to open up an even wider lead on Saturday when they visit Derek McInnes’ Aberdeen.
