MK Dons are set to sign Championship strike duo on loan

MK Dons are closing in on the double loan signing of QPR forward Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Cardiff City striker Alex Revell, according to Transfer Centre Live.

Karl Robinson’s side are currently just one point above the relegation zone in the Championship, and the 35-year-old is looking to strengthen his squad before the transfer window closes on Monday night.

Now the Dons look set to complete temporary deals for both Emmanuel-Thomas and Revell, boosting their striking options for the remainder of the campaign.

The latter has fallen out of favour in Wales and fell further down the pecking order earlier today when the Bluebirds completed a loan deal for Leicester City forward Tom Lawrence.
