Baggies’ new coach

Former Wimbledon boss Terry Burton has joined West Brom as first-team coach.

He arrives at the Hawthorns following the departure of Michael Appleton to take over as Portsmouth boss.

Burton, 59, has also worked at Cardiff, Arsenal and Watford and takes over from Keith Downing who has been promoted as No.2 to boss Roy Hodgson following Appleton's move.
