Chelsea star’s new deal

Ramires has agreed a contract extension with Chelsea that will keep him at Stamford Bridge to 2017.

The midfielder joined the Blues from Benfica in August 2010 but has quickly establish himself as a valuable team member.

Brazilian Ramires, 25 next month, who cost £18m, has added three years to his contract.

He has 27 international caps to his name and has made 66 club appearances in his short time with Chelsea.
