Norwich sign Leeds star
Friday, 01/07/2011
Leeds midfielder Bradley Johnson has signed for Premier League new boys Norwich City.
The 24-year-old joins the Canaries on a free after his Elland Road contract expired.
Johnson, the fifth new player at Carrow Road this summer, said: "I've dreamed of playing in the Premier League since I was younger and I feel I've done a lot of hard work to get there, coming up from the Ryman League now all the way to getting a chance in the Premier League, I just can't wait to get started."
Leeds bought Johnson from Northampton just over three years ago for £250,000 and had offered him a new deal.
The London-born player, who trained with Arsenal as a youngster, has agreed a three-year contact with Norwich.
