Cardiff boss wins award

Cardiff City boss Malky Mackay is the Championship Manager of the Month for November.

He collected the trophy for guiding the Bluebirds to four wins and a draw during the month.

Former Watford gaffer Mackay beat off competition from West Ham's Sam Allardyce, Barnsley's Keith Hill and new Bristol City boss Derek McInnes.

Doncaster striker Bill Sharp was the Championship Player of the Month.
