Norwich go four it!

League One Champions Norwich are preparing for life in the Championship by boosting their squad.

Boss Paul Lambert (pictured) returned to his former club Colchester to sign midfielder David Fox on a two-year deal. The 26-year-old began his career at Man United and was one of the first players Lambert signed during his tenure at Colchester.

The Canaries have also signed Brighton midfielder Andrew Crofts, left back Steven Smith who was released by Rangers plus experienced central defender Elliott Ward from Coventry.
