United players flying high

Three Newcastle players are in the running for the November PFA player of the month award.
Top scorer Kevin Nolan, keeper Steve Harper and captain Alan Smith are all front runners for the gong. If Nolan wins it will be his second consecutive award for the Championship pace-setters.
Their biggest challenger at the moment is Swansea's goal-scoring midfielder Darren Pratley.

Also Darren Pratley won’t be scoring at the weekend….
