A view from our ardent follower of League One, with a look at all divisions.

1. BEST PLAYER. Robin Van Persie - who knows where Arsenal would be without him?

2. BEST BUY. Jose Semedo (Charlton to SWFC - free) without any bias attached - cannot see another signing that has made so great an impact on a club in the whole League, and a free transfer!

3. WORST BUY. Fernando Torres.  Speaks for itself.

4. BOSS WE LOVE. Crawley boss Steve Evans.  Controversial, passionate and a winner.

5. SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP MOMENT. Barnsley boss Keith Hill claiming Championship budgets should all be equal, and that if they were he'd be the top manager in the league.

6. UNSUNG HERO. Southend gaffer Paul Sturrock - worked wonders considering he didn't have 11 players at the club when he arrived/ Newcastle - pushing above their weight/  Vincent Kompany - for me the best centre half in the country.

7. FUNNIEST INCIDENT. Balotelli's 'why is it always me?' celebration vs Man United.

8. BEST GAME WATCHED. Sheffield Wednesday 4 Huddersfield 4.

9. A PLAYER TO WATCH IN 2012. Jordan Rhodes - will be playing in the Championship, with or without Huddersfield.

10. HAVE A MOAN... The extortionate wages that average Premier League players are earning is staggering, and probably the main cause of fans' current bitterness. Players with the top-flight goal-scoring record of Marlon King should not be millionaires.
