City boss quits
Monday, 08/02/2010
Bradford City boss Stuart McCall has quit following a series of bad results that have seen his side plunge down the League Two table.
The former Bantams player and ex-Scotland international had been in charge since May 2007 and had threatened to quit last season.
At the weekend he again said he could be ready to go, and following his side’s 1-0 home defeat to Bury he called it a day.
Bradford have suffered six home defeats this campaign and are currently 16th in the table.
