History making manger is dead

The world of football was stunned today when Macclesfield boss Keith Alexander - England's first black manager - collapsed and died at his home. He was 53.
The former striker, who had two life-threatening cerebral aneurysms in 2003, was gaffer at Lincoln, Peterborough and Bury and was widely regarded as one of the game's good guys.
England's senior and Under-21 sides both wore black armbands as a sign of respect
