Thursday, 04/03/2010
Veteran striker Paul Dickov has signed for Leeds after being released by Leicester City.
The 37-year-old has been given a contract until the end of the season. The forward has made more than 400 league apearances for clubs that include
Manchester City, Blackburn and Blackpool.
The former Scotland star played for Derby County earlier this season and Leeds officials had to get special permission to allow him to play for his third club in one campaign.
Leeds made an attempt to sign the striker last month but the move was blocked as Fifa rules state a player can only represent a maximum of two clubs in one season in the same country.
