United debt problem

Southend United have been given until the middle of April to settle their debts or be wound up.
The League One strugglers were granted a 35-day extension by the High Court to pay HM Revenue and Customs a bill of around £180,000.
The Shrimpers have also been hit by a transfer embargo Keeper Ian Joyce, who has struggled to get a game, has left Roots Hall to join Major League Soccer side Colorado Rapids, who are currently on tour in England.
