England ranking rises

England have jumped one place in the official FIFA rankings released today.

Fabio Capello's Three Lions are now ranked seventh best in the world.

World and European champions Spain retain the No.1 position and there is also no movement at second, third and fourth with Holland, Germany and Uruguay in those spots.

Brazil jump two places to fifth with Italy holding on to six, ahead of England.

Greece, Portugal and Aregentina complete the top ten.

The Republic of Ireland are 25th, Wales 45th, Scotland 51st and Northern Ireland 84th.
