Berbatov off!
Thursday, 17/11/2011
Dimitar Berbatov could be the next big money signing by rich Russians Anzhi Makhachkala.
The striker is out of contract at Manchester United at the end of the season and could be on his way in January.
The former Tottenham star has fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford and has yet to start a Premier League game this season.
Although he came out earlier this week and praised boss Sir Alex Ferguson, Berba is not happy at sitting on the subs bench.
Anzhi would be willing to pay for the Bulgaria hitman in January - despite him being available on a free in the summer, unless United quickly come up with a new deal.
Berbatov, 31 in January, has played more than 100 games for United since joining them from Spurs in 2008. He was joint winner of the Golden Boot last campaign with 20 league goals.

he’s got to go he’s a lazy striker and if he’s gonna stay then he needs to score more goals.
