England will play joint hosts Ukraine at the finals of Euro 2012.

Fabio Capello's Three Lions will also meet Sweden and France in Group D.

The Republic of Ireland must play reigning European and World Champions Spain plus Italy and Croatia in Group C.

Full draw:

Group A: Poland, Greece, Russia, Czech Republic. 

Group B: Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Portugal.

Group C: Spain, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Croatia.

Group D: Ukraine, Sweden, France, England.
