No 100 per cent records remain following the weekend round of fixtures.
Charlton were minutes away from their fourth straight victory before a Bobby Grant equaliser saw Scunthorpe steal a 2-2 draw from the Valley.
Sheffield United also failed to win, but are still unbeaten, following their 1-1 draw against Tranmere at Prenton Park.
MK Dons are also without loss and top the table on goal difference following their 6-2 home demolition of Chesterfield, as an influential Sam Baldock scored an excellent hat-trick.
Brentford also dished out a thrashing as they beat fellow Londoner’s Leyton Orient 5-0 at Griffin Park with Sam Saunders scoring two superb free kicks to move them up to fourth and leave their opponents as the only team without a point.
Preston are fifth as they beat 10-man Exeter 1-0 at Deepdale and Bury make up the top six as they defeated Wycombe 2-0 at Adams Park.
Carlisle beat Bournemouth 2-1 at Brunton Park and Sheffield Wednesday triumphed over Notts County by the same score-line at Hillsborough, with Gary Madine netting the match-winner.
Stevenage and Hartlepool are both still unbeaten as they drew 2-2 and Huddersfield are the last remaining side without defeat as they overcame Colchester 3-2 at the Galpharm, thanks to Lee Novak’s winner.
Elsewhere, Oldham beat Rochdale 2-0 in their Manchester derby at Boundary Park and Walsall and Yeovil drew 1-1 at the Bescot.
