Friday, 21/01/2011
The League One and Two play-off finals will this year be staged at Manchester United's Old Trafford ground.
The Championship play-off final - arguably one of the richest matches around - will remain at Wembley.
The League Two event is on May 28, followed by the League One the next day and 24 hours later the traditional Bank Holiday Monday slot will be used for the Championship game.
Manchester United Chief Executive David Gill saidd: "We are delighted Old Trafford has been chosen to stage these two finals.
"The play-offs have built a reputation as some of the most high profile and entertaining matches in the football calendar. To have the opportunity to host these matches underlines Old Trafford's status as the leading club stadium in the country."
The decision to stage two league events in Manchester was agreed by The Football League and the Football Association so Wembley Stadium can stage the UEFA Champions League Final on May 28.
