Redknapp recovering after heart op

Harry Redknapp is recovering after undergoing minor hear surgery.

The 64-year-old Tottenham boss will miss his side's Europa League game against Rubin Kazan tonight.

His dugout duties will be handled by deputy Kevin Bond and coach Joe Jordan.

Jamie Redknapp, his son and Sky Sports pundit, said: "He doesn't want people worrying about him. He wants to get back to work quickly, but will wait for advice from the doctor."
