Rooney’s Ballon d’Or chance

Wayne Rooney is the only English player nominated for this year's Ballon d'Or.
And the Manchester United striker's boss, Sir Alex Ferguson, is one of ten managers nominated to become FIFA World Coach of the Year.
Rooney is one of just four Premier League players on the nominations which will be whittled down to a shortlist of three next month before the winner is revealed early next year.
Rooney's United team-mate Nani is on the list along with Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero and Liverpool frontman Luis Suarez.
The nominations are: Eric Abidal, Sergio Aquero, Karim Benzema, Iker Cassillas, Cristiano Ronaldo, Dani Alves, Samuel Eto'o, Cesc Fabregas, Diego Forlan, Andres Iniesta, Lionel Messi, Nani, Neymar, Mesut Ozil, Gerard Pique, Wayne Rooney, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Wesley Sneijder, Luis Suarez, David Villa, Xabi Alonso, Xavi.
Fergie will be up against Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, Chelsea's Andre Villas-Boas, Real Madrid's Jose Mouinho, Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque, Rudi Garcia of Lillse, Barcelona's Pep Guardiola, Juergen Klopp (Borussia Dortmund), Joachim Loew (Germany) and Oscar Tabarez (Uruguay).

Rooney stands absolutely no chance of win the FIFA Ballon d`or.The is no way Rooney will be among the top 3. Rooney isnt good enough,he is overrated,overpaid & overhyped; by the UK Press.
