Star players give their verdicts on the Premier League title race.

 

ARSENAL

Cesc Fabregas

“The absence of titles at Arsenal is what angers me the most. For four years, we've needed a title to regain our belief in ourselves. Tomas [Rosicky] is back, he is strong and hopefully he can help us improve a lot.”

 

CHELSEA

Michael Ballack

“We have to focus on this. We are really hungry to win the title back. Apart from Europe this is a big target again because we are a big team with big international players who want to win the Champions League.”

 

LIVERPOOL

Fernando Torres

“I am sure this time we can win the Premier League or the Champions League. It won't be easy because there are big challenges ahead but we think we can win. This season will be more important because we have a fantastic squad and we can play better than last season.”
