Retiring keeper Edwin van der Sar leads the Red Devils domination with Old Trafford defenders Gary Neville and Nemanja Vidic, the new Player of the Season, in front of him.
Chelsea full back Ashley Cole and central defender John Terry complete the backline.
Portugal winger Cristiano Ronaldo, his former United team-mates Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs complete a midfield boosted by Liverpool caption Steven Gerrard.
Chelsea striker Didier Drogba and former Newcastle skipper Alan Shearer, the Premier League's all-time record goalscorer, complete the line-up.
The poll of managers was carried out to celebrate ten years of the Barclays Premier League. Ashley Cole had the lion's share of the poll with 73 per cent putting him in at left back.
Sir Alex Ferguson's United side of 2008 was voted the Barclays Premier League side of the past decade.
