Premier League
Jody Craddock (Wolves). The Wolves skipper had his head swathed in bandages but still got up to keep Fulham’s attack at bay and earn a valuable 0-0 at Craven Cottage.
Championship
Simon Cox (West Brom). Scored the first at the Baggies won 2-0 against Middlesbrough to keep their promotion party in full swing. But he was also a constant thorn in Boro’s side.
Leagues 1 & 2
League One
Kevin Betsy (Wycombe). The talented former non-league forward is equally effective as a defender, winger, midfielder or striker and snatched the vital winner in the 3-2 win at MK Dons.
League Two
Lee Hughes (Notts County). Two goals in the 4-1 demolition of Morecambe took his season’s tally to 30 – and County must be wondering if their promotion would have happened if they had not signed the hitman.
