Premier League

Jerome Thomas (West Brom): The former Arsenal winger returned to his former employers with a devastating display of wing-play. A constant threat, Thomas provided the opener and scored the winner himself as the Baggies pulled off a famous 3-2 victory.

Championship

Dave Kitson (Portsmouth): The former Stoke forward grabbed a brace as Pompey ran Leicester ragged, thumping the Foxes 6-1 on Friday night. It was the troubled club's first victory of the season and lifted them off the bottom of the table.

Leagues 1 & 2

League One:

Francisco Sandaza (Brighton): The Spanish forward grabbed his first goal for the Seagulls in style – notching in the sixth minute of injury time to secure a 2-1 victory, sending his side top of the table. Not a bad impact from the substitute!

League Two:

Paul Turnbull (Stockport): With County trailing by two goals with twenty minutes to play, few wouid've expected them to mount a comeback. Midfielder Turnbull, however, had other ideas, scoring twice to steal a point for his team.
