Throughout the summer United have been linked with a host of forwards such as Pedro, Thomas Muller and now Neymar, but with the goals drying up for Wayne Rooney and his side in the Premier League this term, Louis van Gaal could do a lot worse than signing an out-and-out striker.

Of course, quality examples of those don’t grow on trees but one man that could do a job is PSG’s Ibrahimovic.

The Sweden international’s future in the French capital appears to be uncertain, and the 33-year-old would surely jump at the chance to test himself in another league. One to watch.
