Tottenham players travelled to Moscow on Monday ahead of their Champions League clash with CSKA Moscow on Tuesday night.

With Harry Kane, Moussa Sissoko, Eric Dier, Mousa Dembele and Danny Rose all being left in London there are plenty of places up for grabs in Pochettino’s side.

The North London side didn’t get off to a good start in Europe’s top competition, with a 2-1 loss to Ligue 1 high-flyers Monaco at Wembley Stadium, their ‘home’ in the Champions League this season.

Taking that into consideration the Argentine manager will be desperate to get some points on the board in Group E when they head to the Russian capital, however, he will also have one eye on weekend and the visit of the seemingly invincible Man City to White Hart Lane.

With that in mind, there may well be some changes made in Moscow in order to keep the side fresh for the return of Premier League football on Sunday afternoon, and here are THREE players that should get their chance on Tuesday…

Yea, he needs to get something done about Kieran Trippier as well, he’s a massive talent left to rot at Spurs.
