Southampton are back in action this weekend after having a fortnight off due to the FA Cup quarter-final commitments of Manchester United meaning their fixture had to be rearranged.

Having beaten Watford 4-2 at Vicarage Road last time out, the Saints are back in and around the capital with a trip to Tottenham, who have not lost at White Hart Lane all season.

In fact, the south coast side are the last to have picked up three points on Spurs’ home turf, with a Steven Davis inspired 2-1 win at the tail-end of last season.

Claude Puel’s side have turned on the style in recent weeks, with a shift back to the 4-2-3-1 system which has served them well since a return to the Premier League in 2012.

The formation shift, as well as the addition of Manolo Gabbiadini, has lead to the Saints bagging ten goals from their last three in all competitions, all away from St. Mary’s.

However, the improved form has meant that, for the first time this season, Puel has named an unchanged eleven not just twice on the bounce but for all three games, leaving many sat on the bench looking for a way back in.

Here are THREE Southampton men who deserve a shot this weekend…
