It was a solid final month for the Baggies; with their powerful Venezuelan in amongst the goals to pick up Shoot’s prize of their best performer during May.

West Brom started the month with 40 points already on the board, as they started to plan ahead for next season.

The Baggies were involved in two 1-1 draws away to AFC Bournemouth and then at home to Liverpool on the final weekend of the season.

Rondon featured in both games, and got both goals for his side – his first away at the Cherries was a well-controlled header into the bottom corner.

Whilst against Liverpool, he brilliantly drilled home after good work from Jonathan Leko.

West Brom ended the campaign in 14th place, with 43 points – whilst Rondon completed his first season in English football with a respectable nine league goals.
