Give legends a chance!

Former skipper Paul Ince reckons it's time to call up the big guns to help England. He says that using roaring Three Lions from the past should be put in charge of the country's youth sides and help them work their way through to the seniors.
Incey's famed for speaking his mind and saying it how it is - sometimes putting both feet in his mouth in the process. But this time he is totally right!
Former players such as himself and the likes of Tony Adams, Alan Shearer and Terry Butcher have total respect. And all of those guys - and similar players - would sweat blood for their country.
If young players in the Under-16, 17, 18 and 19 sides couldn't learn from some of the best defenders, midfielders and strikers to have ever graced the English game, then there is no hope.
Incey views didn't come in an outburst, no ranting. The former Blackburn and MK Dons boss - who had been linked to the Portsmouth job - also called for more chances in the Premier League for young English talent. Again, another good point. He reckons overseas manager over here bring in too many young foreign players, and pointed specifically to former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez's signing policy
Figures back up Incey's theory. Current European and World Champions Spain have the highest percentage of home-grown talent in their top-flights:
League Country % of home grown talent
La Liga Spain 68
Ligue 1 France 62
Serie A Italy 60
Bund'liga Germany 51
Prem England 44
*What do you think? Is Incey right?
