Queens Park Rangers are reportedly demanding £4m for their in-demand winger Matty Phillips, according to Get West London.

The Championship club, who secured their first victory under new manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink at Rotherham United on Saturday (0-3), could offload the forward to potential suitors AFC Bournemouth and Watford this month to clear his large salary at the club.

The 24-year-old, who has two international caps for Scotland, has scored four and assisted three goals in 27 appearances in all competitions for QPR this season.

Phillips, who arrived at Loftus Road from Blackpool in a deal worth £5m back in August 2013, could follow striker Charlie Austin out of the door following his move to Southampton over the weekend.
