Lazar Markovic is the next star to leave Liverpool by joining Fenerbahce on loan.
Following Mario Balotelli’s move to AC Milan earlier this week, the Serbian international is fully expected to be the next player to be shown the Anfield exit after a disappointing debut year with the Premier League outfit.
The 21-year-old, who cost the Reds £20m from Benfica last summer, scored just three goals in 34 appearances in all competitions for Brendan Rodgers’ side last season.
Markovic, who has 20 international caps to his name, has not featured at all for Liverpool so far this term after barely playing in pre-season, meaning a season-long loan move to the Turkish giants is certainly on the cards.
