Arsenal and Manchester United are reportedly keeping close tabs on Portugal international forward Andre Silva, according to Scouts in Attendance (via the Express).
The Premier League rivals, who currently sit fourth and sixth in the top-flight standings respectively, have both been linked with a summer move for the highly-rated FC Porto striker.
The 21-year-old, who has five international caps for his country, but was not part of Portugal’s UEFA Euro 2016 winning squad, has impressively scored 18 goals and provided seven assists in 33 appearances in all competitions for the Liga NOS outfit this season.
Silva, who has been at Porto since he was 15, was watched by scouts from The Gunners and The Red Devils, plus from Premier League rivals Manchester City and Middlesbrough, during Wednesday’s UEFA Champions League clash against Juventus.

Unfortunately for the scouts, and supporters alike, Silva lasted just 30 minutes before being replaced by Miguel Layun during Porto’s 2-0 defeat.
