England face Norway in the quarter-finals of the World Cup in Miami on Saturday night.

After a lacklustre performance against Ghana in the group stage, Thomas Tuchel’s side have since beaten Panama, DR Congo and Mexico to reach the last eight of the competition.

The Three Lions defended superbly to preserve their 3-2 lead against Mexico at The Azteca in the last round, after defender Jarell Quansah was sent off in the second-half.

Ahead of Saturday’s game against Erling Haaland and co., it has emerged that one member of the England squad is a top target for a huge Premier League side.

As per CaughtOffside, Arsenal are leading the race to sign midfielder Morgan Rogers from Premier League rivals Aston Villa.

The 23-year-old joined Villa from Championship side Middlesbrough in 2024 and has since built a reputation as one of the best in the Premier League in his position.

The attacking midfielder has scored 31 goals and provided 29 assists in 125 games for the Villans across all competitions, helping them to win the Europa League last term.

According to the report, Rogers is high on Arsenal’s list of transfer targets for this summer’s window, although Villa will demand a fee in excess of £130 million to allow the player to depart.

Rogers’ impressive form for Villa last term earned him a place in Tuchel’s squad for the World Cup this summer, although the Englishman has only 0only started one of the Three Lions’ five matches at the tournament so far.

The report also suggests that Arsenal’s interest in the midfielder is complicated by the fact that the Gunners are also admirers of Ezri Konsa, with Villa reluctant to lose two key players in the same transfer window.
