Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Portugal youth international starlet Domingos Quina, according to Sky Sports.

The Premier League side, who finished fifth in the English top-flight standings last term, therefore missing out on qualification for the UEFA Champions League, have been freshly linked with a move for the highly-rated West Ham United midfielder this summer.

The 17-year-old, who is a Portugal Under-19 international, has made two first-team appearances for The Hammers since making his bow against NK Domzale in the UEFA Europa League last July.

Quina, who also featured for West Ham in the EFL Trophy last term, is said to have caught the eye of Arsenal following his impressive performances at the Under-19 European Championships in Georgia.

The central midfielder, who only arrived at the London Stadium last summer from Premier League champions Chelsea, turned down Arsene Wenger’s side before opting to join West Ham a year ago.

However, the report suggests Arsenal could make another offer for Quina ahead of the forthcoming 2017-18 campaign.
