Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are all still reportedly considering £42m January moves for Gabon international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The Premier League trio have been long-term admirers of the Borussia Dortmund striker and are mulling over whether to make a mega-money bid for the in-form hitman following his impressive first-half to the 2015-16 campaign.

The 26-year-old, who has 47 international caps for his country, has scored a sensational 27 goals in 27 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit this season.

Aubameyang, who worked with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp only last term, sparked further transfer speculation yesterday after missing the club’s training session due to a “personal appointment”, although he is due back at Dortmund today.
