Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo could reportedly join Championship strugglers Charlton on loan before the transfer window closes on Monday night, according to BBC Journalist, Ian Dennis.

The 23-year-old attacker joined Ajax on a season-long loan last summer, but has only made four appearances in all competitions since then, with his last appearance coming against Celtic in the Europa League back in November.

Now it is thought that the Gunners could recall the Frenchman and send him out on a temporary basis to the Championship instead, with the Addicks leading the chase for the front man’s signature.

Sanogo has made 21 appearances in total for Arsenal, scoring one goal.
