It has been another below-par season for Arsenal and their supporters, and their last remaining hope of winning a trophy is the Premier League title, where they currently trail the leaders Leicester City by 11 points.
The Gunners have often struggled for goals in the league this term – especially at the Emirates – but it is at the Gunners’ home where their Goal of the Season so far was scored.
It was a memorable match for the hosts, as they took a 3-0 lead against Manchester United within the first 20 minutes, and the last of those was a beauty.
Theo Walcott received a pass from the right, and fed the ball across to Sanchez. The Chilean cut inside and used his momentum to go past two players, before firing a rocket of a shot pastDavid De Gea into the top right-hand corner.
