It was another disappointing November for Arsenal – it is a month they have generally struggled in under Arsene Wenger – as they picked up just the two points from a possible nine.
Despite those underwhelming results, their key man in the three fixtures was their German playmaker Mesut Ozil, and he started off by assisting Kieran Gibbs for the equaliser in the North London derby against Tottenham.
The 27-year-old then set a Premier League record of assisting in seven successive matches as he laid on a goal for Olivier Giroud in the 2-1 defeat at West Brom, before scoring himself with a brilliant dinked finish in the 1-1 draw at Norwich.
