Bayern Munich join Chelsea and Tottenham in the race to sign £7.5m-rated Serie A starlet

Bayern Munich have reportedly joined Chelsea in the hunt to sign Guinean star Amadou Diawara, according to Football Italia.

The Bundesliga champions and defending Premier League winners are eyeing £7.5m deals for the Bologna defensive midfielder following the youngster’s impressive first campaign in the Italian top-flight.

The 18-year-old, who only joined the Rossoblu last summer from San Marino Calcio, has made 21 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit this season.

The report also suggests the likes of Napoli and Tottenham are also tracking Diawara’s performances this term.
