Giuseppe Bellusci has told Leeds that he doesn’t want to return to Elland Road.

The defender has just completed a season on loan at Empoli and according to the BBC is believed to be looking for another Italian club.

With a year left on his contract Leeds won’t be difficult to deal with but the 27-year-old won’t be sold on the cheap.

The Bellusci situation is just another problem for the next manager to deal with as he attempts to put together a squad capable of winning promotion.

When new owner Andrea Radrizzani took control of the club big changes were expected but since the departure of Garry Monk things have been moving on the softly softly.

Aitor Karanka remains among the favourites for the managers job but no decision is expected until next week.

As well as looking to bring in new faces the new manager has a number of contract matters to deal with including deciding whether or not to grant Bellusci his wish.
