AFC Bournemouth are reportedly plotting a January move for West Brom winger Callum McManaman.

The newly promoted Premier League side, who have defeated defending league champions Chelsea and Manchester United in their last two fixtures, are ready to offer the out-of-favour forward a way out of The Hawthorns during next month’s transfer window.

The 24-year-old, who joined the Baggies for a reported fee of £4.75m from Wigan Athletic back in January, has played just 225 minutes of English top-flight football so far this season under manager Tony Pulis.

Cherries boss Eddie Howe is understood to be keen on recruiting an attacking player in the New Year to boost his squad’s chances of beating the drop come May, with winger McManaman high up on his wish list.

It is thought that Bournemouth are willing to stump up £3m for the former England youth international, although Premier League rivals Swansea City and Championship duo Birmingham City and Hull City are also interested in his services.
