Middlesbrough midfielder Adam Forshaw has reportedly emerged as a loan target for three Championship rivals.
It is understood that Brentford, Derby County and Wolverhampton Wanderers are all interested in taking the former Wigan Athletic man away from The Riverside before the close of the transfer window next week.
The 23-year-old, who only joined Boro from the Latics back in January, has failed to score in 24 appearances in all competitions for Aitor Karanka’s side.
After finding himself out of manager Karanka’s first-team plans so far this term, Forshaw is weighing up his options with several Championship clubs eager to have him on board.
Brentford are hoping to re-sign the attacking midfield after already making 100 appearances for the Bees between 2012 and 2014, meanwhile Derby boss Paul Clement sees Forshaw as the ideal replacement for the injured Will Hughes.
